Hired by this California-based SaaS client to create user manual/documentation for their warehouse management system. Working with the founder and SMEs, I created 150+ pages of documentation on Confluence and used Jira Issues to track bugs and questions. As needed, I created process drawings to demonstrate complex relationships and workflows for warehouse tasks.
