I build systems that help people find, learn, and use information, whether that’s knowledge bases for SaaS platforms, API documentation, AI knowledge pipelines, or certification programs. Here’s a selection of recent work.

Featured work
Fintech REST API: Payrail
A live fintech payments API built and documented end-to-end: customers, payment methods, transactions, and refunds. Includes pagination, idempotency key enforcement, rate limiting, soft deletes, JWT authentication, input validation, OpenAPI spec, and a full Docusaurus documentation site modelled on industry standards.

AI knowledge assistant: eslwriting.org
Full RAG pipeline deployed on a 12-year, 1,000-post WordPress site. Users can query a decade of teaching content by asking conceptual questions, which surfaces articles that a standard keyword search would never find. Built end-to-end in Python: content ingestion, vector indexing, live deployment, and a four-document knowledge system specification.

illumin documentation
End-to-end knowledge base built for a complex programmatic advertising platform — from zero documentation to a structured, AI-ready system covering 100+ articles, API integrations, pixel management, and proprietary canvas workflows. Includes taxonomy design, editorial governance, and six-month demand analysis that reshaped content priorities.
