AI-Augmented Knowledge Systems

Capture. Structure. Store. Surface.

I design AI knowledge systems for distributed teams: the infrastructure that makes sure the right information reaches the right person, without anyone having to ask.

When knowledge lives in someone’s head or a Slack thread from six months ago, it’s already lost. I build systems that capture it, structure it, store it, and surface it through knowledge bases, AI assistants, API documentation, and the automation workflows that keep everything current.

AI knowledge assistant: eslwriting.org

Full RAG pipeline deployed on a 12-year, 1,000-post WordPress site. Users can query a decade of teaching content by asking conceptual questions, which surfaces articles that a standard keyword search would never find. Built end-to-end in Python: content ingestion, vector indexing, live deployment, and a four-document knowledge system specification.

Includes taxonomy design, editorial governance, and six-month demand analysis that reshaped content priorities.
